This course will teach you what diversity is, how to be aware of it and how to accept, understand and manage diversity in the workplace, whether colleague or customer. You will learn the challenges that go along with diversity and how to become culturally aware. Diversity is everywhere and becoming aware of it can assist in understanding and managing it, to help acceptance between people and allow a smooth running of operations.
At the completion of this course you will be issued a Certificate of Completion in Diversity-Understanding and Managing.
