Counselling Skills I
BPS109
Learn counselling skills with this course.
Course Overview
During this course you will learn that a counsellor is not an adviser. They are purely there to support and assist people through difficult times. They do this by listening and providing their professional insight to the situation and then supporting their client through the process. Counselling is required in a large range of fields, from nursing to youth leaders and teachers.
The skills you will learn throughout this course will give you the foundation to becoming a professional counsellor, whether you are looking at a career in counselling or just interested in counselling.
